Autumn Concert
Details
Popular guest artist, pianist Adrian Zaragoza, returns for Autumn Concert, Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, to perform Mozart’s G Major Piano Concerto. Adrian was a first prize winner of the 2018 Young Artists Competition and performed as a guest artist in October 2021. Also on the fall program is Sibelius’ 2nd Symphony. Bold and daring at its time, this brave work has pleased audiences from the outset.

Holiday Celebration
Details
With selections from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker along with holiday favorites from Irving Berlin, Percy Faith and others, this annual tradition is sure to kick December off on a festive note. It’s the perfect performance to bring the whole family, especially as an introduction to the symphony.

Salute to Youth
Details
Each year, with the generous support of the Margaret Beelard Community Foundation, Maestro Semyon Lohss and the Solano Symphony Orchestra host young orchestral players and instrumental and vocal soloists to perform with the orchestra, including winners of the annual Young Artists Competition.

The final concert of the season, the annual Pops Concert on May 12, 2024, is a delightful assortment of popular pieces including Massenet’s Le Cid Ballet Suite and a medley of tunes from “The Wizard of Oz” by Harold Arlen.
